    The multimedia page will be a listing of the video and audio files that you wish to show on the site. Along with this media you will also be able to include multiple photo galleries which you will create yourself through an easy to use editor in the Spruance Web Controller. The video, audio, and photo gallery tools utilize Adobe’s Flash technology allowing the media to be displayed quickly even on slower internet connections.

     The news page will be a dynamic list of news stories including their title, date, and summary. Following each news item will be a “More” button which will send the user to the full article. This entire content will be controlled from the Spruance Web Controller, allowing you to display or hide articles, as well as feature articles on the homepage.

    The contact us page will display your address as well as contact information for your company. This page will also include an online form which will allow visitors to enter comments or questions and send them to you via Email. Upon a submittal from the contact us page, that user’s information will automatically be collected and added to the ever expanding contacts database.

    Keep a good pulse on your customers and site visitors with a dynamic poll. Create as many polls as you want, in a variety of formats available. You will have the ability to either allow your visitors to see the results after they have taken the poll, or keep them confidential for yourself. Either way, this is a great way to get quick interaction with your visitors.

You may either make the polls public on the site, or keep them private to share only with a targeted customer list.     Sometimes you need to know who is who on your website.  With site membership you can!  Allow guests to signup into custom groups that you will create, or only allow ones that you select.  Once as members of these groups, these users will be able to login to a special area of your site and be able to access pages of data that you will restrict only to them.  This is the perfect way to keep tabs on the information and to whom it is presented to on your website.
